NHI is the climax of converging Northwest experience in the real estate professions.  What started out as a small, locally owned and operated inspection firm has grown into what is now one of the most demanded inspection companies in the entire Pacific Northwest.  We are proud that the 1000+ inspections that we do a year come almost solely by way of referrals.  Over a decade of serving satisfied clients, and partnering with committed real estate professionals who continue to send their clients our way has been the sturdy ground that we have long stood on in the NW Oregon and SW Washington communities.

The founder of NHI started out as co-owner of one of SW Washington’s first and most successful home inspection companies: Inspection Consulting, Inc.  In the mid-later 1990’s and early 2000’s, Inspection Consulting, Inc. was a leading inspection firm offering clients the cutting edge technology as it came into place, moving from hand written and carbon copied inspection reporting systems to computer generated reports that can be printed on site.  In 2006 NHI was formed as an independent firm, and the demand has only increased since.  Our clients have asked us to go further than any other inspection firm, and we now offer a wide array of inspection services.

Happily serving over 13 counties, and able to satisfy your inspection needs seven days a week, our home inspection professionals bring over two decades of home inspection, fire safety and playground inspection experience, over two decades of contracting and construction expertise and the constant education it takes to stay on top of this field, into each and every home we examine—no other inspection firm can claim more experience than NHI.
