• Pricing: Our services are at the very top, but our high demand and volume allows us to pass off excellent savings to our thousands of clients.  Our prices are not the lowest and they are far from the highest.  You will get the best inspection for a very reasonable price.
• Includes "Pest and Dry Rot Inspection": Why would you hire a home inspector who isn't licensed as a Structural Pest Inspector and doesn't include a "pest and dry rot inspection" with his/her home inspection?  Worse, why would you hire two inspectors for two services?  NHI inspectors are fully licensed as Structural Pest Inspectors and are legally able to perform professional Structural Pest Inspections in both Oregon and Washington.  Better: you will not pay anything more for this service, and you will likely find that getting our two inspection services and reports will cost you a lot less than what many home inspectors charge for a home inspection alone.  Oregon clients get a NPMA-33 Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report and Washington clients get a WSDA Complete Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Report.

Computer Generated Inspection Reports

With computer generated reports that can be printed on site, emailed on site, both or emailed later, you won't have to wait for the home inspection information that you need when making an educated real estate decision.  We are happy to print out the report on site, not only going over all of the problems with you, but ensuring that you understand how to read the report as well. 

If you can't be at the inspection, no problem: we will likely email the report to you from site, and you will have it immediately.  We often go over findings of the report in our truck while we are on the way to our next inspection, and clients who are in Dallas or New York love the fact that we bend over backwards to ensure that they have this information available to them immediately.
